Burnt Flight Ticket to Philippines
It was a hard decision
that we decided to burnt
Our flight ticket to Philippines
Which dated 19-21 Feb 2020
The Covid-19 cases has been rising high
That all the travelers have to quarantine
For up to 14 days
After coming back from the oversea
After the Taal Volcano eruption
We thought our trip would be burnt
But we could still visit to other places
Besides the planned Taal Volcano
But the Covid-19 trend
Is rising at the alarming rate
The quarantine of 14 days
Can cause us to loss our job
So we have no choice
But to give up our trip
And burnt the flight ticket
To avoid the quarantine period

Taal Volcano Eruption 12012020
After many times of invitation
From my Filipino friend Nilo and his family
To visit his house at Philippines
For a vacation trip
Finally we booked our flight
dated on 30 Dec 2019
To have a trip to Manila
Besides visiting Nilo
One of the planned places
That recommended by Nilo
Is Taal Volcano
which is a sleeping volcano
It is a famous scenery
It's because of the beautiful scene
Having a lake on it's volcano
and an island on the lake
It is so unfortunate that on 12 Jan 2020
just after 14 days booking our flight ticket
The volcano got erupted
After sleeping for 42 years!
The situation was so bad
That the authorities of Philippines
Urged a total evacuation near the capital Manila
Which involved nearly a million people
The volcano ash spewed up to 14km
Prompting warning of a possible explosive eruption
We were a kind of disappointed
It was just after 14 days of our booking
Then it got erupted at this moment
We got no choice but to see
If the situation would be fine
By the time we visit Philippines
