How do you define quality of life?
What quality of life meant to you?
My friend,Ah Ken say Quality of life= No worries
Lim pek(means I) like this definition very much.
Majority always looking forward for quality of life but actually what quality of life meant.
Majority always hope can have better meals, use better products,go travel, enjoy life as much as possible but are we free from worries?
If we live with worries, then straight always we do not have quality of life even though we can be in very luxurious environment.
Ah ken say European are the one who really have quality of life. But Asian seem do have quality of life but live with worries.
We always misunderstand quality of life means must have very luxurious products and enjoyment.
But actually
Quality of life means live with no worries and live happily. As simple as that.
